Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding national, public and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam or contact us for confirmation.

Please allow 1 - 2 days for your order to be processed and 3-5 working days during very busy periods. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within the Republic of Ireland.

 Estimated delivery time (Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland): 2 - 3 working days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pebble&Pine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If for any reason you have not received this, please contact us at info@littlepuffin.ie

Please review your delivery details and ensure they are correct. Pebble&Pine is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in delivery details provided at the time of order. If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery details, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@littlepuffin.ie as we will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time period has passed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty products only. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@littlepuffin.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All of our parcels are sent via a 3rd party registered courier service to ensure prompt and convenient delivery and all parcels are fully insured and tracked. While we try to ensure that all parcels are delivered within the specified time frame, Pebble&Pine can not be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other courier/technical related issues outside of our control.
